The Hyde Park in Arlington, Virginia, is a landmark high-modernist condominium building designed by esteemed architect Vlastimil Koubek and built in 1972.  Ballston's first condominium is a mixed-use tower of twelve residential floors plus eight commercial offices at street level. The building contains 322 residential units and a three-story parking garage.
