An outdoor pool and kiddie wading pool are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day
Parking
Parking spaces are not assigned. Parking decals are issued to residents whose car(s) are registered in Virginia in a resident’s name with the Hyde Park address. Current annual fees are $225 for the first car, second car, $325, and $675 for the third car.
Community Room
A community/party room is available for rental by residents. It includes a kitchen, large screen television, pool table and an area large enough to accommodate 100 guests.
Storage
Storage units are available on a first-come, first served basis. Current annual rental fees vary from $130 to $550, depending on the size of the unit. See the management office for availability.
Roof Antenna
Laundry Facilities
Washer and dryers are not permitted in individual units. There are two laundry rooms on floors 2-12 with two washers and two dryers each. There is one laundry room on the Plaza level. There is no fee to use the machines.
Multiple machines may be used at one time.
In-House Maintenance
Hyde Park is proud to be able to offer in-unit services. Maintenance is available to tackle some general household tasks such as light plumbing and general handyman services. To enroll, and for a list of services, please contact the management office.
Bicycle Storage
There are free locked bike cages on garage levels two and three. Bicycles shall not be stored on balconies.
A roof antenna may be accessed with no charge to residents. Verizon and Comcast cable are in the building; residents may purchase those services directly with the cable provider.
